Gary is a native of California and I (Jamie) grew up in Grand Rapids, MI. We are both artists, Gary is a landscape painter and I create vintage inspired jewelry. Our work can be seen locally at the Parkside Art Council gallery in downtown Bellaire! I love to bake, decorate and can't wait to start my organic garden. We left the corporate world behind, moved to Michigan to enjoy the beauty of it's landscapes, it's people and to support the local food and wine movement that has started to blossom here. We are looking forward to a fun, relaxed quality of life.

We do have two resident kidcats, Angel and Boo, and our newest member of the family is Buster, a big goofy mixed breed dog. They are not allowed in guest areas, and other than a greeting meow from Boo, a peep from Angel or a wagging tail upon your arrival, you may not even know they're here. Meeting guests makes them very happy! They are very mellow and love it when the house is full of guests.
