At the Applesauce Inn, we want you to feel as though you’re staying with family.  We don’t have a ton of “Do’s and Don’ts” and you’ll find us pretty laid back and casual.  We allow you your privacy, but are always available if you need us!

The following policies help things run smoothly:

  • Check in time is between 4pm and 7pm; checkout is 11am. (please call or email us if you require a later check in)

  • A One night deposit due at time of reservation paid by credit card.

  • Cancellations are due 14 days in advance; less than 14 days notice or a failure to arrive for your reservation will forfeit deposit and may incur additional charges for un-rented nights. 14 days or more notice ensures a 100% deposit refund.

  • Smoking is only allowed outside on the porch.

  • Children over 12 years old are welcome; each room accommodates one or two people, we do have a roll away bed available for 1 additional guest in either the Napa or Sonora rooms.  There is an additional fee of $50.00 per extra person per day.

  • Sorry, due to guest allergies no pets are allowed; Meadowpond Pet Resort is just minutes from the B&B, we highly recommend them.  Meadowpond Pet Resort

  • A minimum 2 night stay is required.  Holiday and special summer weekends may require a three night stay.  Exceptions may be made based on availability and Saturday only stays will incur a $20.00 surcharge.
  • Saturday arrivals may not be accepted in July and August or on holidays except on limited dates; Saturday arrivals during the busy June-October season require check in by 12 noon unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Please check with us before bringing visitors or other un-registered guests to the Inn
