At Applesauce Inn, we want you to feel as though you're staying with family. We don't have a ton of "Do's and Don'ts" and you'll find us pretty laid back and casual. We allow you your privacy, but are always available if you need us!
The following policies help things run smoothly:
Check in time after 4pm; checkout is 11am.
One night deposit due at time of reservation by credit card.
Cancellations due 7 days in advance; less than 7 days notice or a failure to arrive for your reservation will forfeit deposit and may incur additional charges for un-rented nights. 7 days or more notice ensures a 100% deposit refund.
Smoking allowed only outside on the porch.
Children over 12 years welcome; exceptions may be made based on availability. Each room accommodates one or two people.
Sorry, no pets are accepted; quality boarding is available at the nearby Meadowpond Pet Resort
Most weekends require a 2 night stay. Holiday and special summer weekends may require a three night stay. Exceptions may be made based on availability and Saturday only stays may incur a $10.00 surcharge. Please call us if you are interested in booking only 1 night, based on availability we will do our best to accommodate you.
Saturday arrivals may not be accepted in July and August or on holidays except on limited dates; Saturday arrivals require check in by 12 noon unless prior arrangements are made.
Please check with us before bringing visitors or other un-registered guests to the Inn
